1. Service Delivery

All of our services are provided remotely and virtually. We do not operate a physical office for client visits. All meetings, consultations, and communications are conducted online via Zoom.

2. No Refunds

Due to the nature of our services, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for services rendered. Once work has begun or a strategy has been delivered, no cancellations, chargebacks, or refunds will be honored.

3. Non-Cancellable Services

All services purchased through Contribution Creative are considered non-cancellable once payment has been received. This includes, but is not limited to, strategy development, consulting, digital content creation, and any marketing services provided under contract.

4. Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for providing all necessary information, approvals, and feedback in a timely manner to ensure successful project execution. Delays in providing required materials or communication may affect timelines and deliverables.
